Supporting Distributed Teams
Help Your Teams Succeed When They Aren't All Together
One of the Principles behind the Agile Manifesto is "The most efficient and effective method of
conveying information to and within a development team is face-to-face conversation." Technology is making it possible to have face-to-face conversations even when you aren't all in the same place. Helping teams become fluent with distributed Agility, however, requires more than technology.
If you are a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or other Agilist supporting a distributed team, and you are unsure about how help them succeed, then I am here to support you.
Supporting Suddenly Distributed Agile Teams

Supporting Distributed Agile Teams – Cohort
Outcomes: Strategies for meeting the challenge of supporting distributed Agile teams.
This five-week, cohort-based program is built around the question “How can you provide the support your Agile teams need in order to be successful while working remotely?” It uses a combination of group sessions and 1-to-1 calls with your cohort leader to address your specific questions and concerns. The exact content of the program is guided by the specific challenges that the participants bring. You can expect to learn from your fellow participants as well as the cohort leader.
