As a leadership coach, I work individually with established and emerging leaders. We work together to assess where you are and what you need to do to get you want to go. My focus is on supporting you to become the type of leader you want to be.

Leadership Team Coaching

Outcomes: A team that is more than the sum of its parts and is really to face whatever challenges that it needs to tackle.

Your team is facing a business imperative that requires you to work in a different way than they have been. You want high levels of alignment and coordination. You need to collaborate and trust each other in ways that they haven’t before. And you understand that the ways you interact has a collective impact on their organization.

Who: A group of senior leaders – usually but not always cross-functional – who want to operate as a high-performing team.
