As an experienced trainer, I offer interactive workshops (both virtual and in-person) for people who have mastered the hard skills of their profession, and now need to improve the harder skills of working together effectively.
Current workshop topics include: Navigating conflict, influencing change, fostering psychological safety, receiving feedback, and practicing effective empathy.
